The FL Training Moves Into Clarity

The tools and methods from the Future Leadership training are now available directly inside Clarity, bundled into topics. Each topic comes with two building blocks – actions that guide you step by step through a concrete question, and insights, compact background knowledge on the subject.

How it works in practice

Fatima from Sales went through the FL training six months ago and only vaguely remembers safe-space projects. Instead of digging through her old materials, she opens the matching topic, reads the insight, and lets the action guide her through her current case. When her colleague Elias runs into a similar question soon after, he finds his way straight to the same action, without having to search for the right topic himself.

Insights Give You the Background Knowledge to Go Deeper

Insights are small chunks of knowledge that give you helpful background to build your systemic competence and serve as a starting point for going deeper into a topic.

    Use case

Before starting his action, Lukas reads the matching insight and understands the decision model behind it – only then does the action make sense to him.

Your Conversation Now Gets a Clear Frame

What used to run as a chat under a topic is now called a case, because it's not an open-ended conversation but a clearly scoped question tied to leadership responsibility and strategy.

    Use case

When Julia starts a new conversation under the topic »Using OKRs«, Clarity automatically calls it a case instead of a chat. She immediately knows it's a defined question, not an endless conversation.
