IT service provider sparks real enthusiasm and significantly accelerates its organisational development

PCO is a successful IT service provider. But several restructurings had eroded trust in the leadership and, with it, got in the way of smooth collaboration. There was marked dissatisfaction among employees, yet it was hard to pin down. The real causes stayed hidden and the subject could not be raised openly.

Solution

PCO decided to use Clarity in three business units and the central functions to analyse the problem. Within just two weeks, Clarity spoke with 68 employees and identified 12 topic areas.

An intrinsify consultant reflected on the results with the top leadership team, and a range of actions were derived from them.
